All you need to do is search google for google keyword. The first site that shows is the one displayed on the left. This is one of the best tools I've found to help with finding target keywords. I searched horseback riding it shows that 450,000 people search this every month worldwide. Then it shows the web competition as you can see it's fairly low. Now when you write your articles or make your website you can find target keywords to put in to increase search results. Make sure to use catchy title names. For example "Health tips, my weight loss success" Would be better than just Weight loss. Make sure to implement target keywords in the right spot of your articles. Make sure it's in the title. Also put the keyword in each paragraph. Don't over use the keyword it could be considered spam. The more words in your articles the better.
