1. Click My ads, then click +New ad unit.
2. Make a name, it can be any name. Then choose the size. The 728x90 Leaderboard and the 300x250 medium rectangle get the most clicks.
3. For backup ads you can choose to fill in with solid color. Or put ads from another website.
4. Choose the color of the ad. It is always best to make the ad look like it's part of the page. Look at the back round, border, and text colors of the page you're going to put the ads on. Below there is a link to Colorpic. Free software that will allow you to select any color on your monitor that you mouse if hovering over. Press ctrl+g to grab the colors. Then where it shows the numbers colorpic will provide you with the numbers to make the ad with the colors you grabbed from the website.
5. At the very bottom when you're done with the colors, you can choose the corner styles. Then press save and get code. Then the code will pop up that you can put into the page html and the ad will show.
